To prepare for the new website launch, there are a few actions you should take to make the transition as smooth as possible. Completing the steps below will enable you to get the most out of the new website when it launches!
1. Reset your password for Single Sign On
You will need to reset your password in order to enable the Single Sign On feature which will launch with the new website. Single Sign On will enable the same log in across video, ticketing, retail and app. Read our other blog post here for more information.
2. Get ready for the new play predictor
The exciting new play predictor, a season long game against fellow fans to predict scores, scores and more, will be here in August. Get ready by taking part in a quiz or doing a poll!
3. Learn more about our players
Check out our Mens, Womens and B team player profiles filled with new stats and in depth information to learn even more about our players across all our teams.
4. Check your ticketing dashboard
Find out your TAPs total to make sure that you know what tickets you will be eligible to purchase and when they go on sale. You can log in and check on your ticketing account. Please note, the new ticketing experience will be released to users gradually. You can read more about the phased rollout in the New Website Update.
6. Be aware of our migration period
In order to migrate users to the new platform, new registrations on the Shop and Ticketing websites will be suspended between Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th of July. Only those fans with an existing Ticketing login will be able to access their account and make ticket purchases throughout this period. On shop.brentfordfc.com fans won’t be able to log into their accounts, but will be able to make purchases via the guest checkout across the two days.
7. Don’t forget our video content
Our exclusive video content for members includes highlights, behind the scenes, live audio and so much more unmissable extras. This includes a hub for all Brentford videos.
And of course, keep an eye on the blog! Make sure you don’t miss any previews and updates about the new website by staying up to date on the blog. You can also vote for your favourite features to make sure they are rolled out on launch day!
